Methamphetamine addiction is a devastating condition that quickly takes over leading to substantial consequences for the user.   • Reduced color in the skin, the user will often look pale, pasty or milky
  • Sunken eyes and dark circles under the eyes
  • Poor judgment or lack of attention
  • Meth mouth or dental problems which include extreme tooth decay
  • Spending time with new friends who share similar symptoms or signs of meth addiction
  • Neglecting responsibilities

While these are not all of the signs of meth addiction, they are some of the most common signs that there is a legitimate problem which requires treatment. People who continue to abuse methamphetamine will often suffer permanent damage to their organs as well as their brains as a result of the extremely hazardous chemicals that in the drug. Long term consequences including the risk of permanent psychosis or even death are all potential outcomes of meth addiction that goes untreated for a prolonged period of time.
